Breathing In, Breathing Out...
We Know You Are There
And We Are Very Happy!

“It is possible the next Buddha will not take the form of an individual. The next Buddha may take the form of a community, a community practicing understanding and lovingkindness, a community practicing mindful living.”

Monastery Stay
MONASTERY STAY

You are welcome to stay at the monastery for a weekend or a number of days to practice mindfulness and meditation with the sisters and the community throughout the year. We recommend staying at least 1 or 2 weeks for a fuller, immersive experience. Staying longer allows you to experience the monastery’s daily schedule, and have more time to recuperate from the stresses of a hectic lifestyle, reflect and process matters that have troubled your heart, heal and find your inner peace and balance among the beautiful natural surroundings of the monastery.

Overnight Visit Considerations
Financial
Contributions
We strive to keep retreat fees as low as possible to ensure accessibility for all. Actual costs are higher, but generous contributions from donors help bridge the gap.
Sliding-Scale Contribution
Additional Giving
If you are able to contribute additional funds to your registration costs, it will help us offer financial assistance to others and to help us realise the vision of creating a peaceful oasis where all can come and practice.
Financial Assistance
If your financial situation means you would have difficulty paying for the suggested retreat cost but would really benefit from attending you may select a reduced ticket price during registration.
