Morning Online Meditation & Chanting
Dear friends,
Regular meditation practice helps to generate the energy of mindfulness, clarity, stability and joy. Please join our sitting meditation and chanting Sutras sessions (in Vietnamese and English) every morning from 5:45 AM to approx 6:45 AM (Melb time), except Mondays.
What is included in our meditation session?
30 minutes of sitting meditation (sometimes, slow walking meditation might be included), chanting Sutras and finishing by touching the earth three times to show our gratitude to Mother Earth and the Three Jewels.
