Theme: Well-Being & Mindful Living

True well-being arises when we can touch the wonders of life that are already available — the blue sky, the trees, the laughter of a friend. It also arises when we learn to embrace and transform our suffering.


Over these four days, we will practice the art of mindful living. By slowing down and being mindful, we create the space for healing, understanding, and deep rest.
