What are the opening hours and visiting guidelines? Opening Hours: We are open daily from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Monastery Closures: Closed on Mondays, as well as selected preparation days prior to major retreats. Important Note: Due to monastic schedule adjustments and limited visitor capacity, RSVP is highly recommended prior to your visit.
How do I return to the Home Page at any time? You can easily return to the homepage from any section of the website by clicking on the Stream Entering Monastery logo or the [Stream Entering Monastery] text header located at the top-left corner of the navigation bar. 💡 Useful Tip: Clicking the logo works from all sub-pages, member dashboards, and checkout screens.
How do I access the Members Area? Access to the Members Area requires an account. • Existing Members: Login using your email address and password. • New Visitors: Click 'Sign Up' to Join Membership which will create a new personal account. 💡 Useful Tip: Joining membership unlocks access to personal profile management, booking histories, and exclusive updates.
How do I change the website language (English / Vietnamese)? Our website is fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt). • To switch languages: Click the language dropdown menu located in the top-right corner of the top menu bar (next to the Log In button) and choose your preferred language.
How do I customize my notification preferences? How do I manage my saved payment methods (Wallet)? To manage or update your payment details for faster registration and donations: • Go to Members Area > Account Settings > My Wallet tab. • Add new credit/debit card options or click 'Manage' next to existing cards to set defaults or remove expired cards.
